Information may be collected:
- directly from you through intake forms, consultations, appointments, email, phone, or forms;
- through the online booking, payment, direct-billing, or newsletter services you choose to use;
- during assessment and treatment; and
- automatically through limited website technologies such as server logs or cookies.
How we use information

Service providers and processing outside Canada

These and other technology providers process information under their own privacy policies. Some providers may store or process information outside Alberta or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Retention and disposal
Personal and clinical information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for any period required by law, professional standards, insurance requirements, or legitimate business obligations. When records are no longer required, they are securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Cookies and website data
This website may use essential cookies, server logs, or similar technologies for security, performance, and basic functionality. Third-party links and embedded services may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect some functionality.
