Which appointment should I book?
- New client or new concern: book the 30-minute initial assessment.
- Continuing care: book a 30-minute follow-up ART® treatment.
- Focused follow-up on a known area: a 15-minute ART® treatment may be appropriate when Aneta has already established a plan.
30-minute initial assessment
$80
Your first visit. Includes discussion of what you are experiencing, movement and tissue assessment, and targeted ART® treatment where appropriate.

A follow-up session for continued assessment and treatment of soft-tissue restrictions, with practical guidance between visits.

Before you book
- Cancellation: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. With less than 24 hours’ notice, a $25 fee will be added to your next appointment.
- Insurance: ART® services provided by a Registered Massage Therapist may be accepted by some insurance plans, but coverage is not guaranteed. Contact your insurance provider for confirmation.
- Direct billing: Direct billing is available upon request.
- Receipts: Receipts are provided for all treatments.
