Runners are one the fittest people on the planet. Their aerobic ability to run for sometimes upward of 8+ hrs a day is truly amazing. Prior to lifting weights I had plans to run a half marathon just so I could tattoo 21.2 on my foot. (That's the km equivalent to 13 miles for my american friends.)
